Parks outdoor facilities may be reserved Monday through Friday at the Summit Activities Center, by phone at 605-668-5231, or e-mail by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the page.

All park's rentals are for the full day. 

Outdoor restroom facilities will be closed and water will be turned off by October 15 (weather permitting).

Outdoor restroom facilities will be opened up and water will be turned on by April 30 (weather permitting).

• Fantle Memorial Park - between 19th Street and 21st Street and between Douglas Ave. and Mulberry Ave.

• South Wood Shelter (40' x 55') – holds approximately 200 people (has electricity).  $75

• West Concrete Shelter (24' x 50') – holds approximately 80 people (has electricity).  $60 

• North Wood Shelter (20' x 25') – holds approximately 30 people (no electricity).  $60

• Riverside Park is located along East Levee Street between Douglas Ave. and Pearl Ave.

• Shelter #1 (25' x 25'). Holds approximately 50 people (has electricity).  ADA accessible.  Located south of the softball field. $60. 

• Shelter #2 (24' x 48'). Holds approximately 60 people (has electricity).  Not ADA accessible.  Located south of the baseball field.  $60.

• Shelter #3 (45' x 80'). Holds approximately 250 people (has electricity).  ADA accessible, located by parking lot and restroom. $75.

• Shelter #4 (24' x 48'). Holds approximately 60 people (has electricity).  Not ADA accessible.  $60. 

• Shelter #5 (25' x 25'). Holds approximately 50 people (has electricity).  ADA accessible.  $60.

• Shelter #6 (24' x 24'). Holds approximately 32 people (no electricity).  ADA accessible.  $60.

• Riverside Park Amphitheater - 303 East Levee Street in Riverside Park

• This facility provides an outdoor stage, overhead stage lighting, and audience seating for approximately 300 people (has electricity).  The stage is not ADA accessible.  $100.

• Dakota Territorial Capitol Replica Building in Riverside Park (205 East Levee Street)

• The replica building can be rented throughout the year ($100) because it is both heated and air conditioned.

• The building (25' x 45') has two floors and a restroom. 

• Please note the meeting space on both floors is not very large.

• 56 chairs and 10 tables are available on the main floor.

• 25 chairs and 4 tables are available on the second floor.

• Meridian Pedestrian Bridge - Along West Levee Street

• A level of the Meridian Bridge can be rented most anytime throughout the year (allowing for the other level to stay open to the general public).

• The minimum rental time is 2 hours.

• The fee is $300 for the first two hours and $100/hour for each additional hour.

• Sertoma Park - East 19th Street & Ferdig Street

• East Shelter (22' x 36') -- holds approximately 60 people (has electricity).  ADA accessible.  This shelter is a first come-first serve facility with no rentals. 

• West Shelter (22' x 36') -- holds approximately 60 people (has electricity).  ADA accessible.  This shelter is a first come-first serve facility with no rentals. 

• Tripp Park - West 8th Street & Broadway Avenue

• Shelter (25' x 40') that holds approximately 30 people (has electricity).  This shelter is a first come-first serve facility with no rentals. 

• This facility has restrooms built in under the roof.

• Westside Park - West 5th Street & Summit Street

• Shelter (25' x 60') that holds approximately 70 people (has electricity).  ADA accessible.  $60.
