            Establish October 24, 2016, as the date for the public hearing on the New Retail (on-off sale) Malt Beverage License for July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2017, from IHAH, LLC d/b/a Big River Burrito Company (Paul Lowrie, Managing Member), 100 Douglas Street, Suite 101, Yankton, S.D.
