We advocate for the growth and development of our library through financial support.

Established in 2009, the Foundation exists to raise money, receive bequests, and increase public awareness for a new state-of-the-art facility to meet our community’s growing needs.

The Library has long since outgrown its current building for both physical materials and vital community programs. A new building would give the Library the ability to expand its community reach even further; libraries across the country have been built with technology, meeting space, and community partnerships in mind. Yankton deserves a vibrant space such as this!
