At the SAC, membership is a great value! With a membership, you won't only have access to a heated, indoor pool & waterslide, multiple gyms, indoor track, and fitness area, but it also includes a wide variety of fitness and sports programs and classes, a convenient location, and a caring staff to help members of all ages be the best versions of themselves.

POOL, GYM, & FITNESS AREA ACCESS: As a member, you will have full access to the pool, waterslide, gyms, fitness area, track, locker rooms & showers. |

GROUP EXERCISE: The SAC offers 5 different types of group exercise sessions for participants of all levels. |

NO ANNUAL CONTRACTS: We never lock you in longer than you want. You can cancel your membership at any time with no additional fees. |

MODERN EQUIPMENT: Our Fitness Center and group exercise classes are equipped with high quality fitness equipment & machines. |
|
|
FRIENDLY & HELPFUL STAFF: SAC staff members are highly skilled instructors always ready and willing to assist you and help you reach your goals. |

FITNESS CENTER ORIENTATION: All members are encouraged to ask the SAC staff for an orientation to our equipment: how to use properly and how it will benefit you. |
