Participants make a craft item with materials furnished by the library. Registration is required, along with a small fee.

Book Clubs

Two book clubs meet at the Library and are open to anyone who wishes to join. There is no fee to join a book club.

• Readers Anonymous meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 2 pm and reads all types of fiction.
• Between the Lines meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 4:30 pm and reads both fiction and nonfiction.

The library also has several book club bags available for check out. Each book bag contains multiple copies of a book, a discussion guide, check out sheet, and a two month check out period. View a list of our book club bags here.

If you need help downloading eBooks, sending an email, navigating social media, or another basic technology issue, our staff is here to help. You can schedule a 15-minute session with one of our staff members to walk you through a tech problem.  To book a session, please 605-668-5275.

Seed Library

 Join the Yankton Seed Library Classes in person at the Yankton Community Library or virtually the second Tuesday of each month, February through October, at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Classes are free and open to the public. Participants can join in person at Yankton Community Library’s meeting room or virtually.
