The Yankton Seed Library is hosting a special class on ”Building Your Soil” with guest presenter Brent Broberg of Broberg Organics, LLC, Tilden, Nebraska.  The class is at the Yankton Community Library, 515 Walnut Street, on Tuesday, October 11, at 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Broberg was born and raised in Tilden and returned to the family farm after earning an Associate of Ag degree and a Bachelor’s degree.  He and his wife founded Brogberg Organics in 2014 and entered the worm casting business.  Broberg is speaking about what worm castings are, what makes worm castings so great, casting tea, and how castings are made and harvested.
